Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, submit a return request through your Formera customer account. If you need assistance with your return, you can contact us at info@formera.ca.

Once your return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Formera is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@formera.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item you would like.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your return has been approved.

For approved returns, you may choose between:

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for Formera to process your refund, followed by any additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.
  • Store Credit: Issued to your Formera customer account upon approval and available for use toward a future purchase.
