Cancellation policy

Formera currently offers products on a pre-order basis.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting kaidancericha@gmail.com.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as each item is made to order.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before production begins.
