Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 10–20 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination.

Delays We do our best to ensure timely delivery. However, Formera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@formera.ca within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll do our best to assist, though Formera is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Issues If there's a problem with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery at info@formera.ca and we'll resolve it promptly.
